the aquarium
Some of Jeremy's family came up to SLC so we met them at the aquarium then In-N-Out for lunch. We had a great time especially the eatting part
Baseball season is in full swing
these are of Tayler. Notice the ball still on the tee after he swung. I LOVE watching tball. Tayler gets to play on the same team as my nephew, Spencer (Erik's son).
Gabbi & Jered also play on the same team. Lucky for me this year isn't too rough. They only have a few games that conflict with each other. Thank goodness we live by family, now, that is willing to help out. (Thanks)
school programs
Gabbi was able to sing with her class for the Buffalo Point Hoedown. She did an awesome job. I was so proud of her. She sang every word of every song with exuberance. The entire 2nd grade has been practicing all year long for this performance. Gabbi only started school at this school in April. I dare say she knew the songs better than some of her classmates.
Jered's 1st grade class did an art show. Because he was only there for a little bit he had only 2 works of art. But those were 2 of the BEST works of art I saw. He was so excited to show me what he had done but was equally excited to dress up for school.
WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR 2 OUTSTANDING STUDENTS!

On the move (again)
We are moving!!! Not our blog this time but our family. We found a house to rent in Syracuse that will be perfect for our family. The kids are excited to move. In fact Gabbi asked tonight, when we told them, if we were gonna start packing today.
We plan on moving around the 19th of this month, so keep the date open.
We are so thankful to Jeremy's uncle and aunt who have let us stay in their house (the one they are going to sell). They have been a real blessing for our family.
We also want to thank all those WONDERFUL people who have helped us out. We have relied alot on your strength and support. THANK YOU!
(you too! Calvin, Lucas Nate & Kerrie for removing the rest of our NP STUFF)
I will post the address soon, so you can be there to help us unload 7 peoples worth of junk (I mean stuff)

more pics that didn't load from the slideshow below
these are pics of...
Jeremy, Matti, & Tayler sledding (we actually all went, except for Harper of course)
Matti playing ball with Aunt Angie on Christmas
My 3 beautiful girls in the skirts Grandma Hjorten made them for Christmas
Me with my bro and sisters and parents at my dads surprise 60th bday
Matti with her favorite Uncle (she loves him so much)
Matti showing us how much she loves chocolate (she takes after me, I think)
Jeremy being Jeremy (need I say more)
Harper and I with my friend and her baby from Nebraska. Her family was driving back to NE from Idaho and stopped at Wendy's to have lunch with us. Her baby, Arrizona, and Harper are only 10 days apart. We are so sad we don't live by them so they could be best friends.
Christmas afternoon with the (local) family at Grandma and Grandpas (we missed you Kinghorns)
OK there you have it. Hope this satisfies you for a little while, because we all know how GREAT of a blogger I am.
ENJOY and hope to see you all soon
um, ya I have no excuse!
so here are a few pics showing you what we have been up too...
maybe I should explain some of the pics-
Matti dressed herself with a variety of colorful pieces and Tayler's cowboy boots
Harper (and Tayler and Matti) have RSV right now so Harper is getting a breathing treatment, she tries to lick the air
Jered, Gabbi and I went ice skating for our Ward family home evening (we had a blast)
Matti with her snotty nose sitting in timeout
Jered helping his cousin with a school project, taking pics of places of interest in Ogden (Union Station)
We went to the Treehouse Childrens Museum and the kids dressed up (cousin Broc came with us)
It looks like the slideshow didn't get all the pics I uploaded, so I will try to add more
ENJOY

So it has been 4 months since I last posted on my blog. The only excuse I have is
5 KIDS (that should be a good enough excuse)!!
So here is whats gone on...
September-
Gabbi turned 8 and was baptized.
Matti turned 2 and is trying out "THE TERRIBLE 2's!
Harper was blessed.
Jeremy and I celebrated our 10th anniversary.
All of our family got to meet Harper.
Harper is starting to follow you and smiling.
Matti discovered she can fit in the dryer.
My 2 favorite people from NP came to visit and meet Harper
October-
Dinosaur Park
Matti thought it would be fun to take off her diaper
Carved pumpkins
went to every free halloween party we could
stood in line for 4 hours with 4 kids to get H1N1 vaccine (thanks to Jeremy's aunt I didn't have to take Harper)
November-
practiced photography with my kids
Harper tried cereal
Jeremy and my mom played duet on piano
Harper and I flew to Missouri to visit my friends (Thanks Jill & Andy)
Harper is really smiling ALOT
Celebrated Thanksgiving with my parents
Put up christmas tree and tried to figure out to put lights on when half the strands were out.
Now for December-
well I haven't downloaded my pics yet and it is 11:17 pm so you will just have to wait for that one. Hopefully it doesn't take me 4 months to update again.
